KLIMON asked me to try their dairy-free ice cream, and who am I to turn down such an opportunity?

KLIMON (“NO-MILK” backward) was launched in 2022 with the mission of delivering old-fashioned style ice cream, with a modern and sustainable twist. KLIMON is vegan, exclaiming “No Dairy-No Difference”. Available in familiar flavors with revamped names like Vanilla Boom, Chocolate Meltdown, Morning Brew, Caramel Brulee, Cherry Bomb, Choco PB Cup, and Mint Condition.

My absolute favorite KLIMON flavor is Choco PB Cup, as I’m a sucker for peanut butter mixed with chocolate. However, every KLIMON flavor is unique and tasty, with individual swirls and add-ins. Cherry Bomb is my runner up, tart but mellow with bordeaux cherry chunks. The boldest flavor is Morning Brew, a robust coffee taste with almonds and a mocha fudge swirl. Carmel Brulee is a light caramel flavor with chocolate cookie crumbs and a carmely swirl. Mint Condition is classic mint ice cream with mini chips and chocolate fudge swirl. Vanilla Boom and Chocolate Meltdown are swirl-less but just as decadent, and the perfect base for toppings!

KLIMON is currently available in stores like Stop & Shop and Lowe’s Foods, but not yet in my local retailers. However, KLIMON is available from online retailers such as GTFO It’s Vegan, and you can even order directly from KLIMON.com with FREE shipping! They have a new flavor I didn’t get to try called Sunrise Bang (think orange cream) that I CANNOT WAIT to taste!
