Can I get a RAMEN!

It’s Top Ramen Tuesday at my house, which is what I call the day where I am too lazy to think, and choose something simple yet satisfying for dinner: “Dressed Up” Top Ramen.

Nissin Top Ramen has two varieties of Vegetarian Top Ramen, which also happen to be Vegan; Soy Sauce and Chili.

I like to top my ramen with air-fried tofu, scallions, and added sauce and seasonings that suit my tastebuds. How do you dress up your ramen?

When I found out these two varieties were vegan-friendly, I was in disbelief. When going veg, you don’t think about things like Top Ramen having a vegan option! Sure, there are different brands of vegan ramen, but they lack the nostalgia of Nissin brand Top Ramen (and are at least double in price).

Nissin Foods recently released three NEW plant-based and vegan-friendly options to their line-up; Cup Noodles Stir Fry Sweet Chili flavor, Cup Noodles Very Veggie Soy Sauce flavor, and the Top Ramen Soy Sauce Bowl. Nissin Foods has a product locator on their website but since the pandemic, I’ve found it hard to find Top Ramen, and haven’t been able to get my hands on these new products.
