OH MAN! Today is the day.

Today I talk about my most favorite fast food restaurant in the whole galaxy, Del Taco. Del Taco has been my treasured trove even since before they carried Beyond Meat. I like to think they made that change JUST for me!

Del Taco has THE best french fries in the universe, and I love that no matter what I order, fries are in the combo!

Today I took advantage of the holiday weekend’s FREE delivery with DoorDash, so long as you order one of the NEW Epic Beyond Burritos!

Easy to do, since I couldn’t wait to sink my teeth into one of these new protein packed menu items! You will see pictured the EPIC BEYOND ORIGINAL MEX BURRITO (with 44g of Protein! Holy cow! Am I training for a marathon?! No, but I am about to watch “Desperados” on Netflix and I need the fuel!) The burrito is the perfect combo of all the flavors I want in a Mexican meal. That cilantro lime rice is SO GOOD!

I also ordered the Beyond Avocado Tacos, which are my current go-to favorite! I am stoked to have items on the menu I don’t have to customize to make plant-based or veganize!
