Happy Birthday to Me! Vegan Puppy Chow Cake!
Happy Birthday to ME!
Today I turn 32! According to my bestie this is how old Lorelei Gilmore was in Season 1 of “Gilmore Girls” and to that I say “Wow, I need to get my act together!”
To celebrate I asked Susanne of The Vegan Hack to whip up an INCREDIBLE vegan cake recipe created by the one and only Vegan Dollhouse!
The cake is a vegan chocolate with whipped peanut butter frosting and a homemade puppy chow filling (also known as muddy buddies), pink frosting, and a pink ganache drip! Susanne had freedom to decorate, I just wanted it pink! I think it’s adorably pretty and the flavor is TO DIE FOR!
