Happy Cinco De Mayo!

I was so excited to have the chance to celebrate with an order from The Farmacy, Modesto’s newest plant-based restaurant!

This week they have a special Vegan Cinco de Mayo menu in addition to their traditional menu, which is available to order for pick-up and delivery from ToastTab!

I got the Quinoa Street Tacos, Fiesta Taco Salad, Colada Chia Pudding (traditional menu item), and a Hibiscus Margarita with a Jalapeño Popsicle infused with tequila!

The Farmacy uses only whole-food, plant-based ingredients, meaning you won’t find faux dairy or meat alternatives in their dishes. Healthy and absolutely delicious!
