A shake is ok at 11am when it’s a coffee-flavored milkshake, right?

Ice Cream Company and Grill currently has a Vegan Coffee flavored ice cream,so I figured as long as I ate my veggies, a shake is more than ok!

Sometimes life is on-the-go and that means mealtime takes place in my vehicle. A wrap and shake is a perfect grab-n-go food! The Ice Cream Co. has a veggie wrap that has a vegan option, so long as you swap the ranch dressing for basil oil! My wrap was filled with mixed greens, AVOCADO, tomato, cucumber, and black olives. The wrap comes with a side of chips, and mine were Frito Lay Fritos!

I love having a neighborhood restaurant with traditional menu items made vegan! Don’t forget that they’re also a non-profit, so you can feel even better about supporting local businesses!
