Tonight GrubHub delivered TNK Vegan Cafe for dinner!

I started with a vegan bun that I’ve been dying to try! The outside was super soft, but was able to maintain its shape after each bite. The filling mimics barbecue shredded meat!

My entree was my go-to dish, Lemongrass “Chick’n”. It has a textured plant-based protein, veggies, and white rice.

Dessert was literally the best cake I’ve ever had in my life, and I wish I had the recipe! It’s called “Delicious Chocolate Cake” but is oh so much more than just chocolate! It has a layer of white cake, salted caramel filling, coconut whipped cream, a layer of chocolate cake, and is topped with chocolate ganache. I’m gonna order so many more slices of this throughout this month because my birthday is coming up!
