Imagine if the foods you already know and love existed, but in vegan form? Teenage me wished for this, but in 2026, you don’t have to.
NotCo has made going vegan easier than ever with simple swaps backed by brands you trust. As an official Veganuary partner, NotCo helps make the transition to plant-based eating effortless with familiar, satisfying swaps. Sure, vegan implies veggies, but it’s also non-dairy mac & cheese and NotBurgers!
You’re likely familiar with Kraft Heinz, as they’ve been around for over 100 years. What about NotCo‘s involvement in the food game? NotCo is a plant-based food tech company that has partnered with Kraft Heinz, and I am fascinated by their patented AI tool, “Giuseppe”. Developed in 2015, the AI tool combines data from thousands of plants to identify combinations that replicate animal products at the molecular level. In 2022, NotCo partnered with Kraft Heinz to launch a line of vegan versions for their classics. From Plant-Based Kraft Mac & Cheese to frozen Not Chicken Dinos Nuggets and Non-Dairy Philadelphia Cream Cheese, NotCo offers a variety of vegan versions of your favorites.
NotCo sent me a bundle of products for Veganuary, and I am a fan of all of them! From the Mac and Cream Cheese to Dino Nuggets, Smash Burgers, and Mayo, it’s all a hit and oh so tasty!
Upon release, I reviewed and loved both the NotCo Plant-Based Mac & Cheese and the Philadelphia Non-Dairy Plant-Based Cream Cheese, and I regularly keep the mac on hand. Now that they make the 3-minute microwave mac, I am stoked! It tastes the same, and is ready that much faster. (I get hangry and sometimes need it NOW!)
As for the Mayo– that stuff is thick and tangy in all the right ways, and the Chipotle Dressing is a perfect dipping sauce for the Not Chicken Dinos Nuggets– it’s zesty but not hot.
The nuggets are tender, with a crispy, crumbly crust, and shaped like the herbivores: Stegosaurus, Parasaurolophus, and Brontosaurus. (because plants can make you strong, duh!)
Lastly, the NotBurger smashburgers are juicy, free of the top 9 allergens, and might be one of my new favorites. I never really understood why people wanted smashed burgers, but if this is why, I get it.

I have also linked each page below for easy review. If you’re in the 209, I find my NotCo products at Raley’s and Safeway. If you opt for home delivery, NotCo ships directly from Walmart and Amazon.
NotCo is literally reinventing the food space, one plant-based ingredient at a time, and I, for one, cannot wait to see what they come up with next!
