It’s my birthday! To celebrate I ordered a custom vegan channeled cake from Maple Modesto.

If you’re not familiar with “channeling”, it is to serve as a medium and/or meditate as a means of communicating with your inner self, as well as spirits from other realms. In this case, Rebecca channeled my energy and created a cake using her intuitive abilities. Maple Modesto uses natural dyes and never artificial anything, so I placed an order (early because she books up fast) and all I asked was that my cake be #vegan. She took it upon herself to do the rest!

I have to say, I could not have asked for a cake more representative of myself and the vibrancy that I wish to exhibit. From the various shades of my favorite color, to the handmade candy hearts and glitter, this cake is dream come true. When I cut into the cake I had no idea what to expect, but seeing it was pink inside too made my heart so happy! Thank you Maple Modesto, for making the most amazing vegan birthday cake a girl could ask for! I’ve only tasted the frosting so far, but can’t wait to eat the entire thing!

I hope this cake is a reflection of what is in the cards for me this year. I want to wake up to glitter and pink sparkles everyday!
