Walmart now carries vegan celebration cakes! Party on whatever aisle frozen desserts are for your store!

That’s right, Rubicon Bakers has added a NEW Vegan Layer Cake to their line-up of baked goods and it’s here just in time for summer Birthdays- enter the Vegan Birthday Layer Cake!

This vegan confetti cake is small but mighty! A four-inch layer cake coated in colorful sprinkles, this cake serves 4 large slices (but I consumed this alone and was able to make it serve myself up to 6 times). The frosting is fluffy and not overly sweet, complemented by the rainbow sprinkles, and the cake is soft and moist. It comes frozen, but you can thaw overnight in the refrigerator. While deemed a “Vegan Birthday Cake,” this cake is perfect for any gathering where you want inclusive options- think a Pride picnic, backyard BBQ, or as a dessert option for those with allergies after a family feast. You can also do like me and simply celebrate the fact that this cake is available, and purchase for solo consumption!

I found the Rubicon Bakers Vegan Birthday Cake at Walmart for just under $7, but I am sure it will be available in other stores soon. This cake is so new, it is not yet listed on the Rubicon Bakers website, so check back on their store locator to see if it is available at other retailers near you.
