Vegan Barbie cookies! Two of my faves teamed up to deliver us a sweet treat just in time for Galentine’s- Sweet Loren’s x Barbie!

I am insanely excited about the NEW Limited Edition Sweet Loren’s Barbie Pink Sugar Cookies! In ready-to-bake heart shapes and colored pink with plants, these are perfect as-is but can also be decorated with icing and sprinkles for extra sparkle. They’re tasty straight out of the package, but after baked and slightly cooled, they’re a heavenly soft and fluffy cookie that’s sweet and inspirational. Sweet Loren teamed up with Barbie to create this iconic cookie, and also through The Dream Gap Project– a program developed by Barbie and Mattell to address the barriers of females by supporting various non-profits. Sweet Loren’s and The Dream Gap Project have united to support Girls With Impact, a non-profit supporting female entrepreneurs!
Sweet Loren’s sent me their NEW Barbie Pink Sugar Cookies, along with some Chocolate Chunk Cookies, Fudgy Brownie, and Salted Caramel Chocolate. While the Barbie cookies are the star of the show, I must give a shoutout to the Salted Caramel Chocolate– a mix of sweet and salty that is truly irresistible. I wanted a softer cookie, so mine were moist and crumbly, but if you like a crunchier cookie, just bake for a few minutes longer as directed. The Fudgy Brownie and Chocolate Chunk have been long-standing go-to’s. The Fudgy Brownie cookie is just that, a decadent chocolate on chocolate love story, and the Chocolate Chunk is what’s needed after a bad day- a mix of nostalgia and sweet comfort in every bite.
