Simply a Drop Kit
Simply Beverages sent me one of their exclusive “Simply a Drop” kits! This kit comes complete with everything needed to make the Perfect Mimosa, including- a stemless champagne flute, Simply Cranberry Cocktail, Simply Orange Juice, a Simply cocktail dropper, and a $25 gift card to purchase some vegan-friendly bubbly.
The Simply a Drop Kit makes the perfect mimosa! Once you fill your glass with the bubbly of your choosing (sparkling cider works great), grab your dropper full of some Simply juice, and add to your glass. My perfect mimosa is a light shade of rose gold pink. I added “Simply a Drop” of Simply Cranberry Cocktail to my sparkling wine to create my desired hue, and garnished with sugared cranberries.
I picked up a bottle of Avaline Sparkling Wine for my mimosas, as Avaline is organic and vegan-friendly, and female-founded (umm by Cameron DIAZ!). Did you know wine can be made using animal ingredients during the filtering and refining process? Although this is not required by law, when you begin to look into which wines and beers are vegan-friendly you will come across many brands that still participate in these outdated practices. You may also be wondering why I opted for vegan sparkling wine rather than champagne- this is because the beverages are essentially the same. The only difference is that champagne comes exclusively from the Champagne region of France. (The more you know!)
