Katjes Vegan Gummies
It’s snowing at Candy Mountain, Charlie!
From references to sugar plum fairies to candy cane forests set in sugary snow, when I think of the holiday season, I think of sweets! Katjes sent me a box full of their Plant-Based Gummies in all three flavors, and I can’t wait to share them with friends and family!
You may recall my post this summer exclaiming Katjes’ arrival to the US, but I am excited to announce that they are not only available in our local Walgreens, but online at Katjes.US as well! Three different types of Katjes gummies are now being sold in the US, and all are vegan! The US recipe is made with plant and algae-derived colors, carnauba wax in place of beeswax, and NO palm oil.
Available in Sour, Rainbow, and Love & Stars, there is a flavor for everyone on your list! Love and Stars Gummy Candy is shaped like unicorns, stars, and hearts! Flavored with cherry, strawberry, orange, and colored in red, white, and blue. Rainbow Gummy Candy shaped like unicorns, rainbows, the word “LOVE”, and colored like the rainbow! Katjes Rainbow Candy is flavored with blueberry, cherry, orange, and strawberry. Katjes Sour Gummy Candy is shaped like rainbows, unicorns, stars, and fairies! Dusted in sparkly sugar, these shapes are flavored as orange, lime, passion fruit, raspberry, and black currant.
Katjes gummies are perfect for last-minute stocking stuffers, candy charcuterie boards, gingerbread house decorating, and even gift-giving. Their pretty pink packaging requires no additional wrapping, but slap on a gift tag and bow and you’re golden! I will be using some this weekend to decorate a pink sparkly gingerbread house of my own. Stay tuned to my stories to see the finished product!
