Vegan New Year Toast
Man, oh man, am I ready for this new year! I think we all have this inherent misconception, that when the clock strikes midnight, everything will be ok. While that may not actually be the case, mind-set is half the battle. Maybe you’re like me, and this has just been a shitty year for a lot a reasons, so you’re ready for the changes a new year can bring. Or, if this new year is gonna bring a “new you”, it’s time butterfly!

Pictured is my bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champage. Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is vegan-friendly, and available at most grocery stores. Mine was a gift from my boss, but this variety can be found at our local BevMos, and even Target.
I had some fun taking these pictures of my NYE bubbly and La Espiga De Oro Bakery Vegan Cupcakes in; Blackberry Chocolate, Carrot and Champagne flavors! You may notice that the numbers in my “2021” balloon banner are backward, and that is entirely accidental. This year continues to wreak havoc, even in minute detail form. Where are you 2021?! Ok, maybe I AM someone who thinks midnight will solve all my problems. I mean, I am charging some crystals by moonlight. In 2020 I will try anything. I fixed the balloon banner after the photos if that accounts for anything?
