I found a meal box called Local Crate at my neighborhood Target that is plant-based!

Using Beyond Meat, Local Crate provides you with the ingredients for Korean Spicy Tacos, and walks you through each step of the recipe!

It was fun, delicious, and I loved that I didn’t have to commit to a membership plan, just add it to my Target shopping cart!

I hope to see more Vegan options in the Local Crate line in the near future!
