Vegans rejoice! Guess who’s back?!

Pizzeria Halt is officially open for pick-up and delivery (via apps) as of yesterday! If their reopening wasn’t exciting enough, they have NEW specials on their menu, and COMBO orders with PERSONAL PIZZAS! 🍕

When Pizzeria Halt asked me to try their new menu items, I was happy to oblige. I had a personal-sized Vegan Curry Chicken Pizza, my appetizer was the new Roasted Gourmet Trumpet Mushrooms, and dessert was their featured Cinna Bites!

I will be honest and tell you that I was hesitant to try the Curry Chicken Pizza, because I am not always a fan of curry. However, this may be my new favorite pizza on their menu! The curry is just spicy enough to bring out the flavor of the pico de galo on top, and compliments each other well. I wish I would have ordered a larger size!

The Trumpet Mushrooms are a nice change if you’d like an appetizer with little to no carbs. The mushrooms are spiced with just a kick of heat, and roasted in olive oil, salt and pepper.

The Cinna Bites are now definitely a staple item when I order from this restaurant, as 6 was just not enough! They are so incredibly delicious and dare I say, DANGEROUS?! So tasty and satisfying!

Thank goodness they’re open again, because pizza nights just weren’t the same!
